How do I create a workspace?

Open the app, tap “Create your workspace”, enter your name, email and a password, verify your email, then set your workspace name, country and base currency.

How is my data protected?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each workspace is fully isolated from others. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I use multiple currencies?

Yes. You record transactions in any currency and Hey Finance always rolls everything up to your chosen base currency.

How do I export my data?

Use the in-app Export Center to download your records as CSV any time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or follow the steps at heyfinance.ai/delete-account.

I forgot my password.

Use “Forgot?” on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email.
