About · by Hey Money

Built by operators, for operators.

Hey Finance is the daily control layer for a company's money and operations — and it comes from a team that runs companies, not just software.

Who Hey Finance is

Hey Finance is not accounting software. It's the control layer you open every morning to see who owes you, what to pay today, and what's at risk — cash, receivables, payables, payroll, attendance, compliance and reports, all in one branded cockpit on web and mobile.

We built it for the people who actually keep a company moving: founders watching runway, finance controllers chasing receivables, and ops leads running payroll, attendance and approvals. Every entity gets its own isolated, encrypted workspace, branded to look like yours — never a generic dashboard.

The “by Hey Money” story

Hey Finance is made by Hey Money — a team that runs its own operating companies and was tired of stitching together spreadsheets, accounting tools, HR apps and WhatsApp threads just to answer one question: are we okay this month?

So we built the cockpit we wanted for ourselves first. The mockups you see across this site — “Hey Money FZ LLC” running its consolidated view across entities — aren't a stock demo; that's the shape of the problem we live with every day. Hey Finance is the product of dogfooding our own operations, then handing it to other founders and finance teams who face exactly the same grind.

That's why we can offer a genuinely generous free plan: we're not selling seats, we're sharing the tool we needed.

What we believe

  • Control over reporting. Numbers should tell you what to do next, not just what already happened.
  • Your brand, not ours. The cockpit and every portal your team and clients see should look like your company.
  • Confidentiality by default. Each company's data is isolated and encrypted — one workspace can never see another's books.
  • Shaped by operators. The feedback board and public roadmap decide what we build next.
